AGE POLICY:

Orders may only be placed and product may only be picked up or signed for by individuals who are at least 21 years of age.  

PRIVACY POLICY:

We take precautions to prevent the unauthorized use of your information. We do not sell or share our email list.

RETURNS:

We will be happy to accept returns of wine that is in good, undamaged, re-saleable condition.

DELIVERY POLICY:

While the vast majority of our customers elect to pick up their wine at one of our stores, we will be happy to make arrangements for either local or (where allowed by law) nationwide delivery.  If you would like to have your order delivered to you, please either contact Ellen at 773-791-7936 or enter delivery details in the comments section of the order form. We will contact you to confirm arrangements and costs prior to making any shipment.
